METHODS OF APPLICATION
Surface preparation
VELATURA “RUSTICA” is made up of two products:
the base coat is SPIVER SIL ANTICO BIANCO, which can be applied on any type of rough surface (consult our technical data sheet) even if it is applied on indoor smooth surfaces, it can be applied after the application of PRIMER RV (photo n.1).
Application
Apply 1 coat of SPIVERSIL ANTICO with a stainless steal float smoothing the surface (photo n.2). After 24 hours apply the second coat of SPIVERSIL ANTICO, which can be finished with a plastic or a stainless steal float (photo n.3) (the rustic effect can be obtained by using a stainless steal float for the finishing of the second coat).
After 24 hours spread VELATURA using a flat paint brush (photo n.4) and even it out straightaway with a sponge float using circular movements (photo n.5).

Each article in our colour chart is divided into 4 different grades, each one corresponds to a letter E, F ,G ,H.
To obtain the colour desired add the quantity of ARTHE CONCENTRATO indicated in the chart below to 4Lt. of Velatura Neutral. |
